Fox News, in a statement, said it acknowledged "the court's rulings finding certain claims about Dominion to be false

The Dominion spokesman was a little more direct, saying they were caught telling outright lies.

Probably inevitable given the revelations yet to come.

Wonder what the conditions are? Is an admission of regret or guilt in there? Or did they just throw so much money at it that it will be sealed?

Smartmatic, the voting technology company that is suing Fox News for $2.7 billion for defamation said its pending case will further expose wrongdoing by the right-wing network, following the last-minute settlement in the case brought by Dominion Voting Systems.

Ron DeSantis ally & GOP donor, Kent Stermon, committed suicide, shortly after the father of a minor he tried to exploit turned down a five-figure hush money deal & reported Stermon to the police.

Jacksonville police say the investigation is still ongoing, but Stermon allegedly had an inappropriate relationship with an underage girl, to whom he offered Taylor Swift concert tickets in exchange for photos of her breasts.

On the plus side, it saves a trial and the girl won't have to be further traumatized.

Fox have paid out to Dominion and in all likelihood a bigger sum to Smartmatic. This is going to wipe billions of shareholder value. The shareholders have the right to sue management. That's where the really fun starts as they turn upon each other

BREAKING: The county commissioner from Oklahoma who was caught on tape discussing lynching Black people and killing reporters has RESIGNED.

McCurtain County Commissioner Mark Jennings officially turned in his written note of resignation.

In the recording, Jennings appears to complain about not being able to hang Black people, saying: "They got more rights than we got."

And neglecting to mention the fact that the Times had to quickly correct the story and issue an apology for the tweet promoting it.

Have Fox issued a retraction or apologized for the Dominion debacle and the damage their false promotion of the election lies did to the country? Have they apologized for their January 6th horseshit, which continues as we speak? For Hannity's on-air harassment of the grieving family of Seth Rich and the libelous insinuations he was making?
