I listed to Seamus O'Reilly talk about reading them, and that was sufficient.

Heard them talk about  them on Football weekly  podcast a while back. Apparently they go for big money on eBay   and the likes.  Somebody must  love them!

It's one of the best acting performances I have ever seen

From a boy that tbh doesn't set the world alight elsewhere.

He was referring to Walt, so presume you mean Cranston. He's an outstanding actor.

If you mean Aaron Paul, then yes, as incredible as he is as Jesse, not much else to write home about.

Particularly enjoyed his performance in Your Honor on more recent times.

Saw Cranston give an acting tour de force in a Broadway production of Network a few years back. You couldn't take your eyes off him. Absolutely brilliant actor.

For such a good actor (and I agree, he is good), he hasn't really been in much else of note (that was any good).  In terms of tv, Malcolm in the middle was fine, but hardly taxed his abilities; Your Honor was a disaster of a show (not his fault).   He's been in some movies too, of course, but none that I can think of that showcased him and were very good.

The Infiltrator? Saw that (purely because he was in it!); it was OK, but nothing special imo.

OK, maybe it's more about me!  I've only seen Drive and Argo from that set.  Argo was good, Drive was middling fare.

Watching The Penguin at the minute. Not usually into comic book derived stuff but this is fantastic. Colin Farrell is class in it.

Breaking Bad - sopranos - wire

Watched BB 4 times I'd say. Got me through helping out with the night feeds on volume 1 and subtitles. 😃

People saying no one to root for.... I always sort of rooted for Jessie given that he was a good kid that was constantly corrupted by WW.

I rooted for Walter lol. For those saying you need someone to root for, not all programs have to be the same.

Having said that I'd put BB third in the Sopranos Wire debate but still no shame in that eh

Walter goes for redemption in the last 2 episodes and you nearly forget what a w**k he was. Jesse really is the only one to root for.  On rewatching the Sopranos again in the past year the thing that struck me most this time was the Narcissism, every single main character bar maybe Dr Melfi, is a stonewall narcissist (probably sociopaths and some obvious psychopaths).
