A Volkswagen Passat travelling in the wrong direction on the A66 near Middlesbrough hit a police car in the early hours of Saturday morning. Pc Matthew Blades, 37, and Pc Tom Clough, 38, were driving in the marked police vehicle when they were killed.

Nine men and three women, aged between 19 and 61, have since been detained in connection with the crash. Some of those were suspected of "participating in the activities of an organised crime group", drug dealing and possessing firearms, Cleveland Police said.

Evacuated Late Saturday night - evacuation was a shit show in and out of this neighborhood. They had to station national guards at the entrances to stop people trying to come back who had "done their own research" and thought it was safe.

Got home last night - House and neighborhood is safe, winds shifted and blew it 4-5 miles on top of another poor community where 32 homes were lost.

Emergency Personnel are absolute f**king heros each and every one.
