Mayo got the win but I'd say a lot of teams wouldn't mind meeting them in the semi-final especially given how many shooting chances they gave Cork.

Mayo's wholesome persistent tackling hardly gave an inch to the Cork attack.

Between wides, turnovers and generally butchered attacks, Cork left a swipe of scores behind them there today. As only Cork can do, they pull out some huge wins to make it to this stage and then play like a team that had no business being there in the first place.

Both teams poor but the big Difference between the teams is Mayo now have forwards.

Something their all ireland final losing teams didnt have.
