Geaney was a huge loss. Lack of concentration from Tomas Kennedy and others given Sean O Briens signature move hovering outside small paralleogram. Geaney would be all over this.

Flick of a wrist shes in back of the net and Kerry up by 1.

Galway the only team I can see giving them a game of it if they are fully clicking.

Galway the only team that could match them talent wise. But have they the coaching to do it. Keeper problems too.

Mayo ironically might have the fire power to take them if absolutely everything went right for them but unlikely.

Looking like another Kerry all ireland win.

Seen this Mayo win coming just after Kerry hammered Armagh albeit with little confidence

Dara Ó Cinnéide, no?

Captain Obvious

Quote from: DaleCooper on Today at 10:10:45 AMFunny McGeeney was saying on the OTB final special "there is no defending now its a shootout" ok so why not play that way.

Armagh the last two years have defended like defending doesn't matter and it's a fact that Mayo forwards on Sunday and other recent games have defended and tackled better than Armagh defenders.

The one true remark from McGeeney said on that OTB final special is that every player would like to win the All-Ireland however you need to want to win it.

Mayo after leaving a few All-Ireland titles behind especially 1996,2016 finally got a group together where everything fell into place and one little wobble aside they showed how much they wanted to win in the 2nd half.

Thats what was cited by I think Maurice Brosnan who said Mayo reminded him of Tyrone 03 and Andy M sort of snapped at him "who the fk told ye that" then he caught himself.

I did look for a photo but couldnt find one. There is one of Brosnan and others.

James Horan said he saw one photo of Mayo players and you cant even see the kerry man in the middle of it. Would love to see which pic he was on about.

This was apparently on the back of the Mayo dressing room door on Sunday.

Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

Tyrones was far more intense due to old rules, absolutely comical in a way like bumper cars. 7 point win on 03.

Mayo have to do it very cleverly, to avoid lines being broken in slightly more open space. So arguably more impressive.

Note if you watch back 03 kerry made a huge number of "unforced" errors v similar to Sunday...and its because of intensity creates urgency they werent used to.

That's the one where Clifford took the box I think? Has there been a replay of it yet?
