Quote from: greatpoint on May 23, 2026, 03:43:07 PMCommentators refusing to discuss Clifford's elbow to the head as the replay plays is a good one

Are they actually not going to show the replay at half time? What in under God is going on?

McBrearty mentioned it other than that no discussion whatsoever.

Agree, how can Kerryman not be redcarded for what had to be a strike.

Quote from: SouthOfThe Bann on May 23, 2026, 03:45:57 PMRyan McHugh with head bust open will someone get sent off?

If they saw it, Diarmuid O'Connor is in bother.

Make that Burns.

Armagh Girl

Hutson a joke he should have dealt with previous incident with Clifford, coldrick saw nothing either... Paudi Clifford throwing his weight around trying to get a reaction and kerry 9 seems to have burst mchugh open, Referees and linesmen afraid to dish any cards out to Kerry. Can't wait to see what Hurson does before 2nd half starts

Because it has to have been seen by an official.

There was a hell of a lot going on near enough the whole length of the pitch ffs.

Quote from: oakleafgael on May 23, 2026, 03:33:58 PMFunny how people refuse to call Clifford out but quite happy to do it the other way.

Call him out for what? Do you expect him to just take it all game?

Clifford has instigated the vast majority of the niggle in the game. Same after the hooter too.

just watched it back. Clifford started it.
commentators and analysts need to have a pair of balls.
there are only six of them there today
Afraid to call out what they see and a poor ref afraid to show red to Clifford red in Killarney.

bennydorano

Clifford deserved a yellow at best, calm down ladies.

5times5times

McHugh sprinted after a kerry man, got involved then went down. Shocker.

There was a linesman looking straight it from 1m distance

Mental the chat in here.

Burns on McHugh, look you sprint 20m to get involved then you roll the dice , no?

Got an uppercut from Burns and a busted eye. The rest was handbags. Burns the only tr**p there.

Armagh18

f**k all in it but to be safe throw both teams out of the championship :D.

2 Cliffords been anonymous, Geaney, O'Brien and O'Se been super for Kerry, Lanagan and Gallen with some super scores for Donegal.

Sheedy

Plenty going on, could be a few cards before second half starts.

Ger Brennan got sent off for a lot less than what McGuinness was at.

Killala

A lot of what happened was handbags. The McHugh one was pure thuggery and can see why McGuinness was upset. Haven't seen that type of injury in years, not a great advert for the game.

Yeah while he was at it he took out a razor blade and sliced his own eyebrow open.

You're some eejit.
