Mayo have been terrible. What has Andy Moran brought to the party since he took over. All talk.

Meath walking through Mayo defence.

Much more seasoned outfit now with some serious size and quality, cleaned them out on kickouts. Meath should look for another goal to put it beyond doubt before half time.

Half-time Mayo 0-7 Meath 2-8.  Mayo have the significant wind advantage 2nd half.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

bennydorano

Dunno how strong that wind is? Mayo are a very ordinary team, green too.

Kerry and Meath totally in the zone in their matches.

7 point h/t lead playing with the wind (and new rules)...when Mayo put the ball in it worked, should be fit do that more this half, Mayo by 4 I reckon

Happy with that performance. Feels like we haven't used the wind. Need to stamp our authority on the second Half or it's going to be another Cork disaster
It won't be the next manager but the one after that Meath will become competitive again - MO'D 2016

I will never be able to comprehend why anyone should win the toss then play against the wind versus the biggest team in Ireland.

You can train 364 days a year and immediately every player on the field loses heart.

Agree 100%, play with the elements at all times. It's a fecking summer breeze as well (that drops as the evening progresses this time of year), its not a February howler.

Wasn't Meath 8 points in front at half time recently v Cork and still lost?
