I would imagine if Kerry win Sam this year you will hear talk of them planning it the night of winning Sam last year, due to the significance of it. This team could do 3-5 in a row

Nobody will get within 6 points of Kerry from  here.

If Kerry don't win  Sam this year , I'll buy a hat and eat it.

Can't see past Kerry. Galway are a decent side, (not their fault) but they have not had a serious challenge in the Championship this year.

From the Bunker

Teams that peaked to early this year
Donegal winning the League
Meath winning Division 2
Armagh winning Ulster
Roscommon winning Connacht

David Clifford getting injured is the only thing that might lead to you having to consume millinery production.

Not even sure if we did peak at all this year- even in the Ulster final we let Monaghan right back into it, Tyrone took us to extra time as well our only full good performance was Down which wasn't a contest after about 20 minutes. Derry was solid and job done without being wonderful. Louth and obviously Kerry were woeful for large parts.

Kerry can lay down a real marker against Tyrone on Saturday. Tyrone have the many U-20's coming through, often beating Kerry in that grade and it's fair to say a Tyrone All-Ireland is likely within 5-7 years.

But Kerry can make a statement and remind the present & future Tyrone side who is the boss. If Kerry are up by 10 at half-time, Jack O'Connor will be pushing his side to win by 20.

If Armagh or Donegal had any sense, they'd do what Tyrone did, and get knocked out early, and lie in the long grass.

There is ZERO advantage to winning your provincial. Armagh had 7 games in 11 weeks.. Tyrone had 3..

And should Tyrone get tanked at the weekend, there'll be people queuing up to tell us that they weren't sharp enough or battle hardened enough due to a lack of football.

Donegal the same, won the league but had less than convincing performances such as a draw v Galway and defeat to Roscommon.

Was no pre plans for Louth,Mayo,Tyrone etc to exit their provincial championships so soon. Nearly all of last 8 teams had a flat performance on route and f
A few will likely do so at the weekend and peaking too early shouldn't be used as excuse.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

It's an interesting one alright.  Depends how much a team wants to win a provincial and how realistic it would be for them to win an AI - the Ulster could be their best bet at silverware.  Ulster would have been high on Armagh's radar this year while trying to juggle doing well in the AI. It does seem strange to see a team win only 2 games and be in a quarter final.
That's just, like your opinion man.

Tyrone v Kerry be a tight enough game due to Kerrys 6 day turnaround, they keep O'Shea, White bck to the 2nd half, O'Sullivan not there yet is a loss, Gkeeper not as good as the other lad, midfield option of the bench limited saying they start 4 midfielders. They dont have alot of options off the bench up front. Where D Moniyhan go to.
