I'd feel aggrieved if that penalty went against a team I supported.

I still haven't seen it properly. NBC Sports were only showing one angle from behind the goal which added absolutely zero clarity to what happened.

You could have sympathy for ETH yesterday. The players should've took the chances in the 1st half and VAR had no need to get involved with that penalty call at all. The problem is that we've seen this pattern many times over the last 18 months. Look good in the 1st half but don't take chances, opposition make changes at half time and cancel out the threat Utd had in the first half, ETH can't change structure, other team score and game over. Rinse and repeat.

I can't see how he makes it past the next international window and that's in a couple of weeks. I said after the FA cup win that he might get more time but he'd have to start the season well - you'd be mad to think this has been anything but a disaster so far and if we're honest apart from a couple of one off games it's been bad since the EFL cup win against Newcastle.
