They'll never get down it but the gloating is sickening on social media. They're all hateful c*nts.

What's the next  likely step?

They will make an application to march.

I'm guessing the parades commission will dot the Is and cross the Ts this time and this high court thing will have been a complete waste of time?

That's my guess.

You would hope so but I imagine they'll be complaining that it's all evidence of how the PC isn't fit for purpose/is biased against their culture and they'll campaign against it, call for it to be disbanded etc.

Milltown Row2

Yeah and they will have the legal side of things behind them to do that, whether that happens or not is completely different..

To counter that, everyone one that fancies a march in anyone's backyard should be applying, using their own logic

they would need to watch though. It's a small enough percentage of their parades get blocked - they could get a more militant version who let less through.

Most of them would love that even more so they could make noise and trouble about it.

How many of them genuinely actually give a f**k about walking down the road? Gammon c***ts.

Milltown Row2

If, and its a mighty big if, they were to allow, on legal terms to let the parade go down the road it will be the straw that breaks the camels back, the place will come crashing down and everyone its seems will get what they want, as none of these work shy MLA's can't be serious that they are making a difference on the practical things that matter, the chaos and turmoil will be what the agitators want.

Electioneering at its finest.

The people around the mic know fine rightly it goes back to the parades commission and gets thrown out, but that's not the main objective.
The objectives are clear, make as big a fuss as possible, drum up the knuckle draggers and cause more hatred from their base line supporters get them out to vote because they hate everything and everyone.

Slimmest chance that it is ever allowed will completely finish this place. SF would have to pull Stormont down.

imtommygunn

i think even the people in stormont have now copped on that stormont doesn't work.

Yeah totally think they have too but it is what comes after it that is the thing!

Council employee asked to go to her house for a meeting on a Sunday. Wonder did he get double time and TOIL.

The Parades Commission stuff is interesting. Media seem to be suggesting that the position was conceded on the basis the decision wasn't signed by all the Commissioners.

Whereas JB et al are suggesting it was a lot worse than that with Commissioners not making decisions but signing them anyway, secretarial staff committing perjury etc.

Be interesting to see which version is accurate

Journalists should be highlighting the link between Ben Habib, Arlene Forster, David Trimble, Lockhart, Binlid Bryson, Jim Alister and Burrows. Binlid is the media front but Habib is funding this carry on and it needs to be looked into more.

My reading is the ban itself still stands, but there will be a full review of the Drumcree decision process?

Fairly grim that all the unionist parties want to revisit Drumcree
