Laois vs Kildare will be a cracker!

Orior

Great open draw. This is why I like the qualifiers

Looking at that draw, I'd fancy Longford as the most likely underdog to spring a surprise.

Main Street

I think Longford would prefer not to burdened by being tagged as the team most likely to be the super underdog.
It should be a toss up between that game and Meath v Galway for the main televised game.

If in doubt.......take man and ball!

Armaghgeddon

POR vs Micko - this is what concerns me.

But Stevie and Jamie should cause a few problems.

ross4life

Feel sorry for Leitrim worst possible draw teams like them should be allowed a home game. London will fancy a 2nd championship win.
The key to success is to be consistently competitive -- if you bang on the door often it will open

On that basis do you reckon Meath have no chance then?

DB_An_Mhi

Meath have a long way to go but are heading in the right direction. We will not be underdogs v Galway, especially at home. If we had to travel it might be another story. We have beaten them twice in the past year or so (granted they were only challenege matches) and in our last meeting in the qualifiers (albeit 2007). 2001 isn't relevant in the grand scheme of things as COR alluded to on TSG.

Limerick v Offaly
Down v Leitrim
Laois v Kildare
Longford v Tyrone
Armagh v Wicklow
Meath v Galway
Antrim v Carlow
London v Waterford

Gonna be some top games in round 3 when the 8 winners from this round square off.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

Did anybody else pick up on Ger Canning asking Paddy Naughton and Willie Joe during the draw to " Give it a little stir around", sounding like a cooking class, the two boys must have felt like right eejeets.
