What happened he was forced to move down the road to ardboe? He's a hardy boy I'm sure he'l be fit to take a few rough tackles.

I can't confirm anything but rumour has it that he was very unhappy with the dilution orange mix at Moortown training. Moortown are said to go with a controversial 1:3 orange to water ratio, Ardboe were offering a 2:5 which really caught his eye. Deal done.

Two bad injuries marred a great derby win for Clogher against Fintona yesterday. The game was delayed for some 40 mins in the first half after a rash tackle left Clogher wing forward Mark Bogue hospitable. At half time Fintona led 1-5 to 0-3. Clogher dominated the whole second half but Fintona snatched a goal against the run of play to put them a point in front. Clogher responded immediately with a goal of their own. Clogher kicked wide after wide (15 in total) and Fintona had their full back Gallen sent off for striking off the ball. The Clogher full forward lost two teeth in this incident and was taken to hospital with a suspected broken jaw. Final Score Fintona 2-5 Clogher 2-7

Surprise surprise gallen is at it again!! I would have thought with his previous record he would have been keeping his fists to himself!

No doubt he hit from behind, not so tough when its put up to him, cowardly thug would be an understatement

Has he been known for this before, honestly never heard of him before the game.

Think the repair work coming to over £1,000.00

Div 1 table below after last weekend.

There is an asterisk against the two punished clubs from Dunmoyle last year.
Both are looking strong to avoiding relegation -  when they have enough points will Dromore throw a game v Trillick to keep the reds up, will Carmen do a favour to A.N. Other?

Errigal III beat Clogher last night in Dunmoyle. Errigal got off to a flying start going 1-6 to 0-1 ahead in the first 15 minutes. Clogher came well back into it but left themselves to much to do. Experienced players like Peter Loughran and Michael Harte won enough frees in the second half to ensure they got the victory. Errigal deserved it.

Wasn't there but just got the text. Big crowd, hearing Hagan missed a penalty for Ardboe. No matter it seems.

Hard to credit that men of the age of Peter Loughran and Hugh Quinn are still fit to make an impact in Div 3. Fair play to them. One approaching 40 and the other who will never see 40 again. Doesn't say much for Clogher right enough ;D

Club Rossa

Nice to get the win at the yella meada this evening.Ardboe should have been out of sight at ht but some woeful shooting kept Moortown in it.The introduction of Tommy McGuigan had a huge bearing on the game and in the end Ardboe were well worth the win.

Up the Rossa's!!

Very true. Nobody's first team should ever be beaten by anybody's third team. Poor.

Nice win alright. BTW Hugh is over 40 ok but as far as I know Peter is only 37.

He did indeed miss apenalty. a very disappointing game from both teams. Big crowd, expecting some fireworks but it was a damp quid, but the football was poor most of all.
