Has Fay been involved with any senior teams before?

Seems a lot of clubs dont have managers confirmed yet. Is that not unusual for this time of year give pre-season will start in a few weeks.

Could see a large number of clubs following suite and expect to see a lot of clubs going in house. Has the gravey train stopped for the mercinaries who go from club to club despite making very little progress??

Fair enough, as you have made clear a lot of teams last yr had outside managers but it already seems the case that fewer teams this yr will opt to pay men and if the 'financial situation' keeps up then fewer and fewer clubs will be able to afford to pay managers. Surely thats not too hard for you to understand!!

There are clealry cases where outside managers such as Cassidy with Clonoe, Horse with Kildress and McIvor with Dromore are succesful. However, these top coaches/managers are very costly so clubs will now have to assess whether they want to pay money for those individuals who have a CV which doesnt really indicate a proven track record. In recent years these individuals have taken a lot out of clubs for very little value.
