FL/MAYO

Black and Blue or Pittsburgh style, now thats the way to eat a steak with the blood running into the spuds, the yanks have the right idea. When beef is well done its like leather, dry and tasteless.

I think its the toe of a hob nail boot. With a burnt sock across it.

Gabriel_Hurl

looks like chicken with bacon wrapped around it

pintsofguinness

That's exactly what it is gab, stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon.
Which one of you bitches wants to dance?

I should have added...I like my food cooked!
30 seconds on the pan? wtf!

I'd like steak well done and frying's not an option  :-\
Get a griddle , steak from a frying pan taste rotten. And don't do it well done.
Anyway, long story short... is a phrase whose origins are complicated and rambling.

this may have been asked but cannot be bother reading through the thread....

does anyone have tip for cooking a fried egg just right.... and flipping it over in one go.... without bursting it?
I'm trying to decide on a really meaningful message..

Gabriel_Hurl

I don't flip it over , move the egg over towards the edge of the pan, get a spoon and drizzle the oil in the pan over the top of the egg

Archie Mitchell

Put plenty of oil in the pan. The more oil in the pan, less likely it will be to burst when flipping it.

Puckoon

What he said. I don't even eat eggs but I fry a mean one allegedly!

Same as that. Guaranteed runny yolk every time.

As with a lot of things it about having the right tools for the job. Buy a decent frying pan . The one I got at home cost about €200 but it will last for life also you could drop an egg from 300 foot on to it and the it would not burst and no need for a swimming pool of oil .

Balls. I think we'll need video evidence of this.

A 200 euro frying pan? Holy f**k does it come with a blu ray player?
