I usually throw something..
Broke many a phone throwing them at a wall after a row with the woman..
It backfired on me one day though when I got thick at work and threw a hammer against a wall..who knew a hammer could be so bouncy    got 12 stitches in my forehead

I get into bloodboiling tempers but think of the consequences, puckoon ,your golden retreivers and the young baby should be plenty to make you think about.
A punch thrown in anger can end in manslaughter, get counselling.
Then again, america was always a place that people blow fuses very quickly.Ny city, enough to give anyone an early grave, terrible drivers and hot tempers.

Increase the levels of serotonin in your brain. Supposed to reduced levels of aggressiveness. The www told me. Worth a try I'd say

I had a mate like that in college and when he finally got the beating he deserved he chilled out a bit (only beat up fellas alot smaller than him). The guys was a total w**ker. - a culchie too but you would expect that

Ah i was in college, i always thought he was just a bit hyper and gave him the benefit of the doubt but at some stage you gotta give up. he was generally a nice guy but you know what these guys are like..
