Hmm, I'd have thought they're leagues apart.

DLS vastly improved from last forray into AIs.

Alan Kerins has been immense and Mark not far behind him.

Now that was good.

I liked the commentator's likening the finish to a Hatchcock or Christie movie. Hard luck on De le Salle, I thought they had it when they cleared theirt lines (once or twice?).

The lights are good at Semple, especially for the TV viewer.

An epic game, but I always felt DLS were going to get their pockets picked by Clarinbrdige.

What a game, 3-22 to 1-27 after extra time, fuckin hell. Couldn't really pick a winner between the two, for the life of me it looked like it'd be a draw, but a goal right at the death. Fair play though. Very enjoyable.

At least "they died with their boots on". No hiding places in Semple this afternoon. They can be proud of themselves as the best 2 club teams left in the championship sorted it out today, and only a puck betwen them.

Has to be in the top 5 games of the last decade IMO. The ebb and flow just couldn't have been better scripted

I know there will be a fair amount of hyperbole but in this instance I think it is justified. Kevin Moran had some game for DLS, he never took a backward step.

A refreshing break from the soccer and rugby. You've 15 guys who can't manage to preform to much of a level that they're expected and paid to do. And then you've got who litterally, as Last Man said, died in their boots. Nobody was prepared to loose, not one of those players wanted to leave that pitch. They gave everything, a draw would have been the fairest result for everyone, but somebody had to win.
Showed the passion and fight they have, what it meant to them.

The rugby boys could learn a thing or two from them.
Brilliant treat for us neutrals, especially so early in the season.
