The goalie was expecting a cross and was thinking of that and was caught in no mans land with his hands by his side when Donovan decided to shoot. He nearly had his head taken off.

Just seen it, its like one of those goals you score in the school playground. Run as close to the keeper as possible and then belt it as hard as you can. Not saying that, that was what the USA striker was thinking but thats what it reminded me of.
