Robinho looks up for this tournament.

He does indeed. Not sure about Kaka though.

Catch the high ball

Robinho only plays well when there are good players around him.

This just shows that Brazil cannot play full pace and still win, I say they will give Ivory Coast some game.

It took Brazil to bring back the magic. I'm getting used to those vuvulas or watever the hell they're called.

I think you might be thinking of a VULVAS - and they are a different thing entirely. Although, sometimes they can make a high pitched whine-type noise.

A "report" over here a few weeks ago stated that although much had been made of the fact that the Koreans had qualifed, there were strict rules in place to only broadcast the scores IF points were gained.  No negative stuff was to be broadcast.

Didi looks like he was out in Lillie's last night with Eamon!!

Hopefully there will be a few goals in this one!

Pace of these Chile lads is unreal, Honduras players are getting no time on the ball.

Interesting story being reported by the Guardian regarding Dutch supporters chucked out of the ground during yesterday's match.  They were a group of girls with short dresses advertising Bavaria Beer (not one of the officials sponsors).  They were held by the police for a couple of hours.  Apparently they got their tickets off Robbie Earle who has been sacked by ITV as a "pundit"!!

There's a free Vuvuzela app for the iPhone. I'm seriously tempted...
vuvuzela 2010 is the way to go. A nice crisp buzzing and you can change the colour of your horn.

The whole thing is a disgrace and it's really backfired on FIFA, Bavaria are now the second most talked about brand of the world cup (after adidas jabulani), brilliant ambush marketing if indeed that's what it was, but no, fifa own the colour orange now don't they - wankers.

Billys Boots

Chile look impressive - their #7 Sanchez is playing a blinder.  Their last game of the group will be against Spain; they may already have qualified if they beat Switzerland.

Fair fucks to Chile for having a bit of a go today. Teams like Slovakia could learn a lot from their approach.

I saw Dunphy in Ranelagh today. So there.
