Question has to be asked why the Parades commission took a full week to make the decision on a Friday. The old civil trick, bad news on a friday. Delibrately done to hold up any appeals process.

Parades commission haven't really covered themselves in glory. There'll need to be a revamp. They only block a small number of these a year so I dunno what some people would be happy with - I am guessing none...

The oo haven't been denied here the courts are buying time. I could still see them "walking".

during a court action taken by Bryson (I think) discovery (WhatsApp messages) revealed that the Parades Commission weren't abiding by their own rules in denying these applications
