Probably right before the weekend

Permission has been granted. I fear this will open Pandora's box.

Bastards. Absolute bastards. 30 years of precedent fucked in the bin over some pressure from some noisy c***ts.

I would expect a High Court challenge to the determination. The biggest surprise to me is the input from the PSNI.

ClubScene13

Absolute disgrace. Can't even find the words. The dying kick of a failed state

Orior

Please let there be a high court challenge.

Due in court imminently.

If it fails, wreck the place!

Armagh18

Disgraceful decision. No one wants to go back to those days, bar a few knuckle dragging vermin.

An absolute insult to every innocent life lost over the head of this parade in the 90s

Where do we go from here? What are the options? Is all of this genuinely happening because someone forgot to sign a document?

If it's going to become a case of "the squeaky wheel gets the oil", does that mean there needs to be more protesting from the nationalist side? I genuinely think this could all kick off, and that would only play into their hands.

The nationalist side have never seemed as argumentative when it comes to holding up funding for loyalist/unionist policies or projects. You don't see the same level of opposition that we're seeing now with things like the Irish Language Act, street signs, etc.

Is now the time to just stall this place completely and bring everything to a head? Contest everything in the same way? I know that's not the right thing to do and would ultimately just harm everyone, but you can understand how angry and frustrated this makes you feel.
