Quote from: Easymoneysniper on September 21, 2026, 12:36:58 PMHi All,

September time, the kids are back to school, fball is in full flow, Phil mitchel is getting mentions on the discussion board, the championship is back.

I have been absent from the board for a spell now just with my occupation taking the driving seat & enjoying some family time with the kids. I watched the edendork game on Friday night, it was a good spectacle but again i would have to agree with previous messages on the board regarding sparkys performance. Once the Pascal McClure goal hit the net all the 50/50 decisions went edendorks way. Kyle coney was a good listen on co com, the jet had mccurry down for 1-12 and skeet for 1-7 I was wondering did we watch the same game, but all scores were well engineered in fairness!

The county board are getting their moneys worth this weekend, 4 semi finals & a replay div1 quarter and all games stand alone. It's just a money racket at this stage.

Is it true that Sean devenny has been suspended from taking charge of any championship matches this season? I heard he was lineo in the clifftonville game at the weekend.

Pomeroy is a phenomal set up in terms of their facility's & pitch maintenance but the breeze in the mountains of pomeroy can really decide a game this time of the year. Carmen clawed a good comeback to bring Donaghmore to a replay Thursday which I'm sure will be a thrilling encounter. Fancy Donaghmore for this one, they just have a lot of fires to put out on the offensive end from a carmen perspective.

Based on div 1,2,3 championship to date is there been any stand outs that would catch the eye of big Mal?

Would John Pat McCullagh be worth bringing on board for a bit of craft and experience to guide the younger players in the squad?

Kind Regards,

Easy Money Sniper

Think I speak for the majority of the board when I say I'm not reading all that
You think you would show some manners ye helemt, you and others like you on this board is what is bringing it down and not making it as enjoyable as it should be for others

Kick it in high

Right lads what we thinking tonight?
I reckon errigal by 5. By all accounts trillick riddled with injuries?

Anyone find this match on the aul firestick? Asking for a friend...

To everyone who keeps doubting us, thanks for the motivation

Keep it up!!

Errigal abu  ;D  ;D

Tonys

Fair to play to Ballygawley/Altamuskin/Glencull/Eskra/Clogher Valley. The scrappy underdog managed to beat a Trillick team that had half the team in Altnagelvin during the week.

The Lough won't be too scared to face the Errigal franchise.

Was kind of hoping Errigal v Loughmacrory would have been the final. Need Carrickmore to come through the other side now to make it more interesting for the neutral.

Quarterbackk

Mc Ginley giving out to the ref after the game... p***k. With the resources in errigal it will be a travesty if they dont win it from here.

Trillick can't take the beating by the looks of it after the game

Errigal deserved winners, however, the two teams were refereed to completely different standards. If that's the best official that Tyrone have to offer for as an important game as it was then it speaks volumes.

Was right in front to see Errigal number 4 get elbowed in head by R Brennan.

Looked straight red as a neutral and much of crowd agreed.

This after he was taken off for head injury so I would imagine thats why Enda was incensed. Linesmen right in front of it.

No matter best team won. Errigal v Lough could be a classic.

I thought Errigal got the rub of quite a few decisions over the hour, particularly when it came or how he applied the over carrying and advantage rules. Saying that, Richie very lucky not to get black carded second half and the Brennan challenge on O'Sullivan was a borderline red.
Errigal the letter side overall and some of their young lads really stood up.
Very impressed with young Aodhán Quinn, MOTM for me, think he got 3 from play from WHB.
I can only please one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look good either
