Any word on Galbally having refixed their game v Trillick yet? I understand they have opted to give themselves home advantage and Sean Hurson is refereeing it to ensure its done totally fairly and to the Pearses standards.

The Tyrone championship really is incredible was chatting to a fella from urney there and he was saying that finbar rotary was for the Dungannon game tonight the Tyrone championship brings them from far and wide even if they are unwanted like finbar

Winthebreak

Relegation play off
Clogher v kildress - could really go either way, kildress will have learnt a lot last week and will 100% bring a hunger they didn't in the championship. Clogher have a few stand out players obviously so I would expect a good game.

They'd need to show a fair bit more than the effort vs Rock last week if they're to avoid the drop. It's a while since I seen a team have so little fight and go down so tamely in a championship tie. Another performance anywhere close to last weeks level and your in bother. Bogue should be a factor come Saturday.

This weekends predictions.

Rock v Greencastle - Should be a tight affair but the concrete men to take it

Owen roes v cookstown - Owen Roes live off handy frees, if the Fr. Rocks can keep their discipline I think they have the beating of this Owen Roes side

Naomh eoghan v Aghyaran - Niamh & Eoghan one step closer to doing the double

Pomeroy v derrylaughan - Pomeroy through to the next round handy enough

Loughmacrory v Dungannon- The Lough will learn from their mistakes, steady the ship late on and get through comfortably

Relegation play off
Clogher v kildress - Kildress to put up more of a fight this week but won't stop the all Ireland finalists

Junior

Drumragh v Fintona - Man for man it's even out the field. This will come down to the full-forward and full-back pairings, and our full-forwards have too much. Mullin will get all the attention, leaving Murphy to do the damage. Hegarty had him well marshalled in the league, but he's only got cameo roles since so we might escape that matchup. Drumragh by a point or two.

Stewartstown v Errigal 3rd's - Stewartstown with another emphatic victory against another Division 3A side

Derrytresk v Castlederg - The Derg will pip the loughshore men on sunday and hit the beer until Wednesday

Tattyreagh v Brocagh - Nothing to see here, the Tats by 8+

My take on the whole thing:

Intermediate
Rock v Greencastle - Down to the wire, have the castle to tip the Rock though, Ronan McAlinden has them well drilled
Owen roes v Cookstown - If the townies cut out the ball going to McShane, its goodnight Irene for the Mountain Folk
Naomh Eoghan v Aghyaran - Lakers in 5, Bars in Newton ran out of Coors so the double is back on track
Pomeroy v Derrylaughan - Barneys men to tear Derrylaughan a new hole, Pomeroy by 6+

Senior Replay
Loughmacrory v Dungannon- Going to be another cracker, if Paul Donaghy pulls the finger out, hard to see an unsettled Lough team seeing this through.

Junior
Drumragh v Fintona - Tighter than people think, Few inside Fintona sources from the work say they haven't shown their full hand until now, waiting for Stewartstown.
Derrytresk v Castlederg - Derg by the minimum, on a high after beating Glenelly and complacency might stiff them but can see their young lads showing up to swing a few
Stewartstown v Errigal III - Amalgamation FCs senior citizens to be put down a peg, not 2014 anymore Harte and Co
Tattyreagh v Brocagh - Tatts walkover, McDonagh to shoot the lights out and McGrath a good lad on his day

Relegation play off
Clogher v Kildress - Clogher to scrape a win, would love to know who approved the Kildress development, shocking outfit with a dire dire future, f**k all coming through barr Mulgrew

Called into Nomad there at Cabragh this morning for a Coffee, a couple of the Galbally lads in at the same time reckoned they had training tonight for they have got wind this appeal has a serious chance... Bound to hear something shortly

Onthe40

Loughmacrory vs. Dungannon - can't see Lough slipping up, if they tighten their defence, Donaghy of form badly

Fintona vs. Drumragh - Fintona just, although wouldn't be shocked with Drumragh winning

Owen Roes vs. Cookstown - Drumquin had cookstown on the ropes for long spells

Errigal III vs. Stewartstown - think will be tighter than folk think

Greencastle vs. Rock - another tight one

Derrytresk vs. Castlederg - undecided on this one, Hill men started the year on fire but seemed to fall away with injuries etc, fell over the line v Killyman..draw wouldn't shock me

Naomh Eoghan vs. Aghyaran

Tattyreagh vs. Brocagh

Pomeroy vs. Derrylaughan - depends on kennedys fitness how close it will be

Imagine setting up an account pretending to not be from Kildress to give Kildress shit cause you have some gripe with your own club! Shameful!

Self praise is no praise! Unlike other years, pretty average first round. (Apart from Lough/Clarkes)
Some tasty qtr finals lined up, so plenty of scope for it to ignite in next round.
