Warner Mullen and Conall Molloy as a back up keeper?

Yea interesting to see who steps up in next round. Mattie Og McGlennon excellent for Eglish but not sure can make an impact at county. That half back half forward line is for sure where they will be looking for options

Whats the news with Joe Oguz? He was out kicking before the game. Albeit with skinnys and no jersey on. Surely he has to be close. Definitely will be that half forward line they'll be looking at. Killyclogher very disappointing again in the championship.

Yea the Ciaran Daly that hit the 2 pointers v Galbally is the player that needs to play for Tyrone. Turns them down too often in county jersey

O'Rourke was at a couple of Kildress games recently - He might be having a look at James Mulgrew but still young and 2 years left at 20s.

With Tyrone he's too content to pass the ball sideways. Same can be said for a lot of county footballers as it is obviously what they are coached to do. IN 2023 Daly looked great for Trillick when running at men. Would be great to see that side of him again

Unlikely since it's not even been heard yet...

This appeal is shameful from galbally but we must remember who set the standard with this one. Was only a few months ago the rahillys went yapping and overturned a league result.

Was always going to be a slippery slope from then. If the ccc want to be fair they have to do something about it as they did for the rahillys. Unless there was some mccabe/ brown envelope action between them and the ccc.

The referee failing to record a score he gave is one of the two grounds for objection and is completely legit. It has happened many times over the years.

However there is no grounds to object in regards to the decision of a referee to award or not award a score, gives or doesn't give a foul/penalty/card etc.

Listen i played in a championship game many years ago, we won by a point. The scoreboard had it a draw for some reason, the refs book had it a draw, he was trying to book/ tick somebody after a point. And we reckon he put the score tick in the other team column, not the booking sheet. Linesman told him at the end it wasnt a draw. We had won. His report was final, we didnt object and won the semi replay.

At senior championship level, there should be some official along the line keeping the score.

Mad that the refereee has to do it nowadays, amongst all the rest of the stuff he/she has to do.  Take it out of their hands.

Does anyone have any information on when such an appeal might be held?

Not connected to either Trillick or Galbally - I just hope there is a quick resolution to this. Be it a replay, or the original result stands... I think we all need clarity on the situation ASAP.
Hopefully all parties can sit round a table, hear the facts, apply the ruling, and accept it.
