Galbally, are you having a laugh. They do the same thing every year, burst out of the blocks for first 7 odd league games then fade away when the rest of the county get their main men back from the county set-up. They then follow this up with a tame first round exit.

You seem to be wearing your rose tinted East Tyrone glasses with your Ardboe and Clonoe tips also

Now John, don't make me look like the dick. I'm sitting in the van with you here, couldn't you just go along with the bit? Don't make men like they used to. 0 Craic

The Non Eastern teams seem to be cleaning up this year. Out of the 8 Adult league titles only one has went East - Division 2 Reserves won by Cookstown. And now add in as well the 2 Minor league titles played for this week.

Don't know if Cappagh can keep the steam train rolling come next week, tougher draw than I think people are expecting in Errigal - Can they be consider a dark horse under this years circumstances?
Also don't see Greencastle making it out of the first round, like the rogue shout though
As for Drumragh they'll have to beat the alcoholics with a football problem first, be real good ods on that   :-X

Can never underestimate Errigal, always there, thereabouts come championship time. As for Greencastle, poor enough league campaign and will be hungry for the championship. Who knows? Drumragh good championship team too, looked good in the first round fixture, but then again look at the opposition. That seemed to be the story of the first round in the Junior championship. Hopefully now we'll be able to see a lot better standard of football and definitely more competetive.

Yes because the standard of junior is horrible - div 3A teams are hampered as they are constantly playing teams struggling for numbers or 3rds teams, meaning they aren't able to play reserve matches and means alot of men are discouraged from football, especially young footballers who aren't given a chance to showcase themselves.

Then divison 2 is extremely strong compared to div 3, so most teams relegated to div 3 end up going straight back up to 2,

Entirety of divison 3 needs restructered

Sounds like..

Div 3A is too easy
Div 2 is too hard.

Should be in Div 3 then

Any team in Div 3A is probably there on merit

Ill tell you one thing for free. Drumragh couldnt win the hay. Its possible they could pull of a shock against the Pearses, away from the pressure of a county final. They havent the stones to go all the way, thats plain to see going off the their history.

Still feel despite the fact almost any team can beat anyone in the Senior championship only 6 teams can actually win the competition this year.
KC Carrickmore Dromore Trillick Errigal and Lough have the ability to win the O'Neill Cup.
The East isn't near what it used to be.
