Don't think they'd have needed much of a smoking gun to get a French judge to authorise it.

Three other teams have also apparently had riders tested during the night.

Some ride again from Pogacar. A three minute lead just destroyed over a very short period.

Can Pogacar win this.

Think so. They won't hold him off surely. Sean Kelly thinks he will catch them.

Jesus Christ! That is ridiculous

Unreal to watch.

They're going to have to do something on the Alpe in future. It just gets so much busier every single time and there were a couple of really hairy moments there, and that's only the coverage we could see.

Rubio out because of the crowds. It looked mental on the way up.

I don't understand why they just don't put barriers up in some of the areas? It would ruin the spectacle of it all a bit though. Seen a rider going clean into the back of a team car. There's going to be a serious accident some day and that'll ruin it all.

On the stage itself, we witnessed greatness. I watched it live today and I've watched every YouTube highlight video going about today's stage. A truly unbelievable performance and I actually think he had more in him. And he's only 27 ffs.

I'm going to the final day in Paris on Sunday. Has anyone been before? Not sure what time to head in and find a spot.

#3430
I'd say that Montmartre stretch will be heaving. The steps at the Sacre Coeur will be prime real estate. I'd avoid and find a spot for the climb on Rue Lepic.

I'm not sure he had much else in him today tbh. He had a lot to make up and little help. He didn't want to go to a sprint with Martinez and had to work really hard in the final stretch to drop the pair of them.

If Carapaz wasn't so suicidal and Martinez was prepared to put in a shift the break should have been able to have just enough to keep away from him. Pogacar had very little margin for error.

Square Ball

He's having another go here. 👀

Feck me, some finish by MVDP there, absolute maximal effort, black out territory there.
