Does the wife have any bearing on the deliberations ?. I thought I saw where she can only be found not guilty. Don't really understand that to be honest.

The circumstances are analyzed without her present due to mental health reasons. 4 psychiatrists reviewed her and judge ruled accordingly.

The video evidence she provided via the police interviews didn't do Jeffrey any favours but wasn't a knock out blow.

Her not being put in the witness stand will have undoubtedly worked in their favour.

The jury will have been told they could not consider her witness statements as evidence against him whether they listened is another matter we probably will never know.

There was no word misplaced. Anyone with half a brain knew what you meant. I was worrying the same the longer it went. Might have even been yourself that posted it before, he was a bad hoor for the putting them through a trial. The evidence seemed incredibly damning.

David I get that its two different things legally speaking, but is not the same thing in the eyes of the public? And would that not be the correct way for joe bloggs to look at it?
