No matter how shite Tyrone seem you can never ever write them off. Came within a kick of a ball of beating us at home and have beaten good Roscommon and Mayo teams since.
Maybe but they've done nothing this year to prove me wrong YET. if we play them (hopefully win on Saturday) then we will see. Should we beat mayo then that would be both of us beating good mayo team as you call it. So wouldn't that leave it 50/50 at worse ?

Obviously talking hypotheticals as you's could lose this weekend or even if you win mightn't even draw them but yeah it'd be 50/50, your sharpshooters wouldn't get as much space against Tyrone and they have a couple of horses of men round the middle as well as forwards to do harm. Never ever write them off

Exactly it's all hypothetical at this stage. Meath could get hammered by mayo in their backyard and none of this means anything. It's just my opinion but I don't see Tyrone going any further.

depends who they get. If they drew the winners of monaghan v west meath Id fancy the, Theyd give Donegal a good rattle and would prob beat Dublin. Dont think theyd beat Kerry and theyve taken us to extra time already this year. Havent seen any of meath so far so couldnt say one way or the other

Orior

Meath v Mayo. Meath by 3

Dublin v Donegal. Donegal by 2 AET.

Do I sense some Armagh lads are struggling with fate and possibly a sense of injustice?  Would it have something to do with a recent cruel loss, a cnt of a draw and their homely neighbors?

Don't think there's any sense of injustice, Louth deservedly beat them and they have got a tough draw in the next round.  By not doing their job they ran the risk of Kerry in Killarney and being out 3 weeks in a row.

I expected to beat Louth but felt that the Kerry game would come sooner rather than later and expected it to be in Croker at quarter final stage.

Louth didn't deservedly beat Armagh, Armagh definitely got what they deserved tho.

Can't see anything other than a 4/5 point Kerry win, hope to be wrong. I just hope there' are no kneejerk reactions and we make loads of changes. Some of the Pods seem pretty sure Blaine is out, huge loss if so. We need Murnin playing 🤞

On a side note Meath have played mayo twice this year in challenge matches. One in mayo (venue unknown) and after the Westmeath game in Ashbourne about 5/6 weeks ago won both. But the one in Ashbourne was pretty much first team players including Kobe etc. some local media lads watched it (unofficially) and the tak from them , one in particular , was if we repeat what we did there we will win. Now personally wouldn't read to much into a challenge game, and Kinsella obviously played and was outstanding so that's another negative. But both teams will know what the other team brings.

I was more referring to the old horse Orior,
"Monaghan v Westmeath. Lucky Monaghan bollixes by 3"

I dont really bother with Armagh specific ones. (Sideline eye probably the Armagh go to, could be some I'm not aware of).  My favs - OTB with Tommy, Indo with Pat & Dick, RTE Pod - especially when Fenton is on, Gaa Social too. Beyond the 45 is okish.
