Any podcast I heard all referenced his escapades in the league final etc as the backdrop so maybe just maybe he and Clifford will be taken  to task like the rest if they get up to any tricks .

It's not like people haven't been saying for years but media finally picked up on it. Still allowed referee a game though.

No further action taken against David Clifford and Jim McGuinness is not a good look with HQ at all.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

Sweep it under the carpet.

Should Brennan not be appealing his case again?

Christ almighty. On what grounds do you think Brennan should appeal?

1) the fact they've made a balls of the McGuinness situation does not mean the Brennan one was mishandled.

2) the DRA told him to go f**k. There are no further avenues of appeal for him.

Good news for both counties. There won't be a kite flown in Rossnowlagh or a tourist milked in Kilarney.

I thought only protestants  went to Rossnowlagh?

If it was anybody else beside Clifford , they would get the book thrown at them.
How many more times have we to watch him coming out of a melee with his hands raided in the air " Nothing to do with me " style.

I've never saw such a crying match over something as borderline as that incident. Donegal twitter haven't stopped gurning since Saturday.

2 Provincial Champions lost to "long grass waiters" so far.
If Armagh and Westmeath also lose will there be calls for tweaks to better reward  Champions for next year?
Play the game and play it fairly
Play the game like Dermot Earley.

Would be shocked if Westmeath are beat. There's a not too unlikely scenario that Westmeath are the only provincial winners who win their qualifier game.

Should be tweaks regardless.

2 week break to a home tie is as good as you can hope for.

A seeded draw would be a step too far.

Put them straight through to quarter finals. Provincial losers into prelim quarter finals. Let the other 8 teams play each other, 4 losers out and 4 winners into prelim qf.

We had that in 2022 and 90% voted to abolish it!
