He has some opinion of himself does RG. Putting up videos slating other managers tactics etc. this man has won 1 Ulster title, his 2 AL QFs were against cork & Clare (2 hurling counties in the main).

Terry Hyland has the same achievement, give or take. Don't see him online embarassing himself.

Brendan

Hes definitely going in harder on all things Derry than he is others

the goal was on

Was biggin up Derry management for months but was just waiting his chance. Think this tell you all about the man. His predictions for a man of apparently  supreme knowledge have been a disaster too!

Open up the comments Rory, let a few people tell you what they think of you 🤓

I think that it is too severe a penalty when the reward for a goal is still only  three points(and Derry got three of them on Saturday after great combination play by several players). We do not want our games to be decided exclusively by two pointers from frees.
Maybe I had my red and white tinted glasses on but I thought the frees for Monaghan's first two pointers in the second half were extremely soft. Did no one else think that was the case?

I can't work out his reason for running that Instagram page?

Horrendous predictions by him, as someone above noted

Attention most likely and trying to stay relevant. Can't imagine those players will take kindly to being called soft. I think that's the bridge well and truly burnt now.

Plenty of things said about the players the past couple of days from outside the camp. McManus says we're done and wont recover, Gallagher says we're soft etc. If this doesn't light a fire under them nothing will. I'd imagine some home truths will be laid out in Owenbeg this week. The video doesn't lie and some boys need called out in-house for hiding when the pressure came on.

They need to take it on the chin, bring a siege mentality to the Athletic grounds in a couple of weeks and put a few ghosts and big mouths to bed. It just takes one big win to turn this on its head and this team are good enough and won enough to get over this.

Is losing a 11pt lead not soft? Is he not calling it as he seens it. Would he not see this,as he wouldnt lost a 11pt lead saying he put alot of this team in place.

Calling boys out?

Your on the wrong forum pal, can't be at that. Sure they've delivered in the past so that's them covered for any of this calling out stuff.

Watched Gallagher clip there now, Is he saying something alot of people are not thinking, or in this case right? Calling a spade a spade!

Maybe so but as ex manager I don't think he's the man to say it. Showing his class.
