Comfortable enough win for Pogacar in Flanders today, albeit not quite as dominant as last year. Good third place for Remco on debut having shocked everyone on Wednesday by entering.

Every chance Pog wins Paris-Roubaix next week, although MVDP is still favourite, and if he does the Monument Grand Slam is odds on.

Utter chaos that in Paris-Robaix. MVDP as good as out after a series of misfortunes, after Pogacar had his own issues and was on a neutral bike for a bit.

Watched the whole thing. Was disappointed with the mechanicals as I wanted a showdown finish between all the top guns. But it's such a mad race you don't know what will happen. Pog just doesn't have that last kick and had done a lot of the work at that stage. What a cyclist though. Competing and beating the specialists at their own game.

Pog's mechanicals left him without a team for 100 odd km so he wasn't able to get any help in breaking WVA. From the moment they were on their own both looked as if they were in trouble at different points.

Pog won't rest until he's won it surely. Delighted for WVA.

The fact that everyone suffered mechanicals added so much to it I thought, even if it was repeatedly disastrous. When Philipsen gave MVDP his bike apparently he couldn't clip in because Philipsen was using new prototype pedals. Really bad team management if true.

I couldn't understand why they didn't drop back for Pog quicker than what they did. He was bound to have burned a lot of matches fighting to get back on.
