Where do we think the venue will be? Armagh or Omagh?

First semi was in Omagh and the one the year after was in Armagh.

Fingers crossed, the one in 2 weeks will be in Armagh too.

I'm pretty sure it was the other way about with the first in Armagh and the next year it being in Omagh.

That was probably our best performance under Gallagher. Total dominated Monaghan. McManus was sick tracking Clucky that day.

Aye, you're right. Hope this one is anywhere but Omagh.

I prefer Armagh, but it's prob closer to Monaghan than Derry so Omagh might be more central.

It is likely to be a close game I feel.
Whilst Derry were never in any trouble against Antrim, there were plenty of mistakes and things to work on. A bit open at the back at times and our shooting wasn't amazing.
Monaghan have come through a tougher game and will have another couple of weeks to get their injured players back so will likely have improved further.

I'd like to think us at full strength and performing at our best we win comfortably, but if we can improve on the game at the weekend and win by a point or 2 I'd be happy enough.

Murray had some game - hope he can keep that form going and stay injury free. Closest we've had to our full panel being available in 2-3 years now. Lynch probably the only missing first 15 player now.
Any word on how he's progressing?

Brendan

If Lynch is fully fit, would you start him in the next game?

100%
First choice keeper for me.

Wildweasel74

Bound be very rusty, but i keep him in the bench if hes fit, if for anything, alot of games can go to extra time/penalties, and u be bringing him on for that alone!

Derry city ones doing some cribbing about the state of the pitch and they haven't even played yet , they can lump it

MidUlsterObserver

The cub in goals hasn't done much wrong so far from what i've seen? poor game plan or not in the past, Lynch has been there for some howlers. Cub should stay

Are you going to the protest to keep soccer out on Friday night lad?

Celtic Park isn't in good shape from what I saw on Saturday. Probably not helped by the fact I think the Seniors do most of their training there.

But it's our pitch to do with as we please DCFC can ask to use another ground if they don't like it!
