Kerry needed that score. 2 points ahead with a little over a minute left.  Level game seconds left

FT Kerry 2-17 Galway 3-14.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

I thought if the keeper touches it that it's only a 1 pointer.

When did they change that rule?

gallsman

Great 2 pointer to snatch the draw but feel keeper could have caught it.

Kerry did well not to foul after Galway took the resultant kick out as well.

Start of the year. With quite a bit of publicity.

Only reverts to a one pointer if touched by member of the shooting team

Cheers Gallsman you're a gentleman.

gallsman

Right decision too. Defender/keeper managing to get a finger on it but not prevent the score somehow invalidating it was mad.

They weren't much better, but Armagh left them in the game by declining to take a shot at goal so many times.

From 45th minute Galway played more like they did against Armagh.

Lots gave Armagh criticism for not scoring goals,  will the same criticism go towards Kerry now after letting a 11 point lead slip?

SouthDublinBro

They love to make everything about themselves.

gallsman

I mean Kerry scored two of them to Armagh's none, so...probably not?

Kerry had some terrific defensive play down that final stretch too. There were two or three crucial blocks and Finnerty was managed pretty well. Galway were absolutely all over them and the only time Kerry seemed to escape the pressure was Joe O'Connor getting a free for absolutely nothing after he didn't catch the ball, which he promptly kicked right back to them. Brilliant comeback.

galwayman

How the f**k did we get a draw out of that.
We can't keep letting teams get miles ahead of us and hope to come back.

Obsessed with Armagh for over a decade, must be a record for a 'Dublin' supporter.

armaghniac

Dublin supporters are declining in number, judging by the game in Croke Pk.
