Clogher playing against a team playing in the Kerry senior league. How do county let this happen.

Nothing new, has been happening for years. Arva finished third in Cavan senior league the year they won Junior All Ireland.

Onthe40

If clogher had taken the 2 goal chances they would've won
They were well in control for 20 mins in the middle
The Kerry team were not div1 standard
I didn't see any Clifford's etc on show

The Kerry team missed 2/3 good goal chances themselves. Evened out over course of game

Just interested to know. Tyrone junior is obviously very strong and consistent. Where did Clogher emerge from? Was  it a combination of a few strong underage teams progressing into senior level or have they they progressed over these last few years?

Wouldn't have much underage, very small club. They have a couple years at the bottom end of intermediate under their belt which would help but were always scrapping to stay up - two Tyrone level footballers in Conor Shields and Ciaran Bogue can make a serious impact at junior level

Good list, i agree with all bar 3B, Tatts have to be certain to win this one with the lads back. Cant see naomh eoghan anywhere near competing with top teams in division 2.

That Naomh Eoghan team could surprise people. they had a few good results against big teams last year if i remember. Gave our lads a right seeing to in newtown must have been 20 points in it. That Mayse lad away to Dergview as well, they might get a full year out of him if hes stepping back a bit in the ground ball

Mayse does more against newtown than he does add to them. Watched them a few times last year and he gives a lot of abuse to his own players. Know doubt he is a quality player but i dont think he will add much to them this year. Their youth would be the biggest issue for me. They havent added much in the past 2 year to the panel. Big players like devine, mcsorley and kevy gallgher will be key for them again this year.

Is Gallagher not retired and taking Eskra? If so that's a big miss for them

Gallagher is like Benjamin button, i dont think there any truth in the eskra shout to be honest.

mayse will be a big impact if they can get him for the full season. Mayse and mcsorley in any forward line would be hard to stop
