Mbeumo, Amad and Mazraoui coming back soon. Mount fit again too.
Get a solid caretaker in and United should finish 4th or 5th.

What would a solid caretaker look like?

Ole? Although the man just comes across as too nice. Hopefully if he does get it, he's learned from his mistakes. Although even Pep would struggle with that excuse for a midfield.

he should've bagged 4 goals
any decent striker wouldve had

Typical bullshit from a lot of people- he has a poor game he's absolutely shite, he scores a few and he's a world beater. Like most things, the truth is somewhere in the middle. He's a young striker with lots to learn but lots of potential, those couple of goals will hopefully do a lot for his confidence.

It's a sign of the brutal way the club is run that he's their main striker at this stage of his career. Fergie always had at least 1 top top goal scorer in the team.

If you actually watch the play, I'm surprised at times he doesnt just walk off. The amount of runs that he makes down the channel or in behind waiting on a decent pass, only for the player in possession to make an easy square pass.

Must be frustrating as hell.

100% Its no surprise that it was Bruno who seen the pass and encouraged him to make it. One of Utds main issues is midfield players who see those spaces and make those passes. Our previous manager got sacked for suggestion the recruiters were not keeping their promises.

Anyone who thinks Ole is the solution as a care taker simply are stupid, won't discuss it with u-no way.
If winning isn't everything, why do they keep score?

I find it really difficult to process that a club of United's size and stature that they would re appoint someone to the role of interim manager given how it ended for Ole the last time.  He was also sacked by Besiktas after 6 months in most recent role, so doesn't seem to have progressed well since.  He's not going call out the hierarchy though given his nature and maybe that's what they want at minute.

I don't particularly want Ole either but what other choices are there at this stage?

Sounds exactly like Hojlund last season.  He is being found with those runs this year though.

This is a Jason Wilcox fugue state playing out real time, or he's a Manchurian candidate sent from the Etihad, the only 2 rational and plausible explanations

Much as I'd love to see it, he'd fall out with everyone. 0 chance this board brings him in.

What is his trophy haul as a manager?

I think you may be right and its a sad mess when an 84yo honorary member is the tail that wags the dog, jes you wouldn't stand for it in a junior GAA club nevermind the self styled biggest association fitbaw club in the world
