Organised crime. How do you know what they're ultimately involved in.

My 3 lads want every jersey going apart from a few obvious ones I won't let into the house lol.
I'll be fucked if I'm paying €80 a jersey or whatever it is. I can buy 6 full kits for that on this site.

Maybe that's the first  issue you  need to address before you go  any further .
Oh thanks for the parenting advice that I didn't ask for or need 👍

No problemo 8)

Real prices are mental these days. Mother and father in law bought my daughter one in Tenerife i think. Was identical but it feels like a thicker material.

I tried AliExpress once for 3 jerseys, me and the two daughters. They sent me a neon shirt instead of an Offaly one, the eldest got a Lilo and Stich hoodie and the younger girl got a cracking Kerry sleeveless jersey that she wanted.

Tried dh gate start of the summer, got 3 great jerseys but sizing was a bit nuts.

The tops look great nowadays tbf. I remember going on holidays even 10 years ago and they were really poor imitations that clearly werent remotely like the real thing.

When I started getting Jerseys around 1991/92 Jerseys were £17.50,soccer Tops probably £30 at the time. Think I had 20 plus, was Begleys [In Dungannon) best customer. He had stuff nobody else had. So i understand teenagers looking to get a Jersey. Prices these days are ridiculous.

I see some people getting a mystery soccer jersey.

I think it's on-line but I saw a lad outside the City Hall (Christmas Markets) selling them also.

Not sure if there's a GAA version of this but there is some amount of inter-county GAA jerseys out there thses days, never mind club jerseys.

Must be fair profit on each top O'Neills produce too, with their current prices.
Let no-one say the best hurlers belong to the past. They are with us now, and better yet to come

I can   recall alot of the great  PL shirts from the early-mid 90's.... Villa Muller, Norwich  Jackson Pollock type, Man U laced collar , Everton NEC, Blackburn McEwans, man city Brother, Tottenham Holsten... All classic designs

I could hardly tell  You what  PL teams  shirts look like this season. Or the sponsors. All instantly forgettable.  If I recall right, a lot of teams back then kept  shirts for 2 years. Now it's a change every year , a bloody  racket

Crowd in Armagh do mystery GAA kits, or at least they did within the last year.

McKeevers do it. 40 quid.

These "rip off" replicas often come from the same type of factories and locations that the real jerseys coming from. Made under the same conditions.

Difference is that they unofficial so the club cost isn't priced in, the brand names price isn't priced in, the premier leagues price isn't priced in, the retailers price isn't priced in, etc

It's a factory product been sold directly without all the middle men and the huge costs involved with those middle men.

Don't be losing too much sleep over it.

Had used soccer00 in the past, might be soccer03 now. Always happy with what we have got.

Would you prefer all their staff, North and South to be on a lower wage to make it cheaper? I honestly can't see them getting a mortage, looking after kids etc in the current climate on an Asian wage. Or are the top brace creaming it in?

Oh don't worry the ordinary staff wouldn't be getting fat off the wages!

The rip off replicas dont come from the same factories and certainly arent the same quality as the proper jerseys.

Depending on how you wash/dry them will determine how long they last.

Paying the full price will get you a jersey which lasts significantly longer but given how frequent clubs change jerseys nowadays its hardly worth the extra money.
