Your issue is with the Terrorism Act, not my interpretation of it.

We'll be reading about how heavily infiltrated Palestine Action is in 20 years. Probably a lightning rod strategy.
What violent acts have Action Palestine carried out? Is vandalism (spraying red paint) an act of violence?

Unlikely as the dopamine hit is too strong. Its like a one trick pony.
Maybe you and the brits should be more concerned how a couple of hippies on an e-scooter got into a military base.

Maybe they didn't?

"Targeting state defence infrastructure".

The state would likely view any group taking any organised action like this as having a potential for violent action later.

If a pro Russian group did this Im not so sure people would be as skeptical.

And indeed its interesting how they so easily got into an RAF base given they would have decent security in light of Russian surveillance etc in recent times.

Look-Up!

What a crock. It's wasn't some pro russian group or state action or espionage. Lets not go all Chicken Licken. You couldn't take a piss in any main street in England but there'd be 10 cameras on you and a couple of squad cars. I'd me more worried HTF a couple of kids got in past all the security, cameras and personnel on a military base. Fit them better rap a few knuckles of the sleepy slobs in their forces than going around the streets of their cities locking up hundreds of grannies for wearing a T-shirt.

Complete government over reach and reaction.

So the Suffragettes were terrorists...?

We go bck to this is a t-shirt, yet UVF flags on display, people weren't arrested, make it up to suit themselves!

Dale's word salad is quite something, his levels of self awareness not so

DaleCooper

Explaining how a state understands or implements legislation is not condoning what the state does.

If the Suffragettes did this in 2025 then yes, Vetted Cooper may have done so to be consistent.

Look the government pick and choose depending on who's paying, it not the police that create the problem they unfortunately have to administer the law.

I doubt very much that all the police (those at the interface)actually believe they are making things better, but that's their job.

It's the government that set that, whether it was Tory or labour they all yield to the same thing. Paymasters

Attention should be at those that crest this. Think they are reviewing this ban and I doubt very much that it will be a banned terrorist  organisation.
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

The police do create a problem when they administer said 'law' on a pick and choose basis. Either arrest them all or arrest none

What did the Nazi's say at Nuremburg? They were only following orders...

They'll pick, arrest and drag off a wide range of folk of all ages to spread the fear. Labour has been a massive disappointment after 14 years of the self serving Tories. But this authoritarian nonsense will bring Labour and human rights lawyer Starmer down.
