PSNI quick to arrest a pensioner wearing a T-shirt with Palestine Action printed on it. Give bands carrying UDA/UVF banners an escort down the street. Aren't they illegal organisations? Any progress of the investigation into bonfire 'hate crimes'? I doubt it.
Not long ago I was getting scathing criticism on this board for daring to suggest same old sectarian (and now fascist) police service.

A police force that drags protesters off the streets for opposing genocide and allows race & sectarian hate bonfires, SF administering British rule from Belfast, a capitalist system that has mass exploitation of workers... we're just further subsumed into Britain.
Progress or do rightly?
Debate is PSNI... if that's progress that they arent killing people or colluding with loyalist murder gangs.. loyalist ceasefire directs that. They still withhold information on collusion.

Just back from a march. One of the neighbours wains wouldn't go, 12 years old, was near in tears in the house... didn't want arrested

Fair amount of police about, and they were filming the speeches in the Guildhall from 2 angles, 1 filming the crowd and 1 filming the speakers

I've posted multiple times on the psni.. the post I posted about had mentioned and people think we are better off now..

I've given multiple reasons as to why we are better off and you've dished them to say I'm an apologist for the psni without showing me where I've excused their behaviour.

I've said, and I'll repeat it cause your dumb, they, the PSNI, are not perfect, hell they ain't close, but this place is a million times better to the one I grew up in. Now, in your tiny wee brain, are you saying it's better or worse?

Genuine question:  as  Palestine Action is  a proscribed terrorist organisation,  if protestors wore shirts, held signs  calling themselves 'Action for Palestine' or 'Peoples  Front for Palestine ' or whatever,  is it illegal for the police  to arrest them?

That would be inviting support for a proscribed organisation so liable for arrest. At least thats how I interpret it under Terrorism Act 2000.
