DnG decent outfit for sure but don't know why they are being so lauded.

Beat 3 x Div 2 teams in Louth, Monaghan and Meath to get to the final.

As handy a set of opponents as there has been in a long time.
Maybe you  staying quiet might be a good idea
Play the game and play it fairly
Play the game like Dermot Earley.

Game was over as I feared midway through the 2nd half, bad news for Meath is that Donegal didn't ease off.

McGuinness in the interview afterwards explaining the difference between a week and two weeks between games.  With one week he only gets one training session in and two weeks it's 5 or 6 weeks training.  Regardless of what people think of him he has them in serious shape again after they looked a mile off the pace in 2023.

On another note didn't a few experts reckon the through the hands running game Donegal play wouldn't be suitable under these new rules?

Congratulations to Donegal.
Unfortunately we never showed up. Loosing Menton was a huge blow early on. We seemed to be lacking leadership and after his coming off we got cleaned out at midfield. Not overly disappointed, we have had a fantastic year one under Robbie. It's a learning curve and they learned plenty today. Great year and can't wait for league to start. All the best to Donegal in the final.
As for Meath to see the young people today in their droves was heartening. The future of Meath football is good. Next year promotion to division one , hopefully a Leinster title and maybe one step up to the final. Can't see us winning same next year. But the year after.  Yes.  As always.

So he's over training them then complaining about the players not getting a break between games.

Dunneroyal, you are a mile off it, lost by 20pts today. They be no further progress nxt year. Keep living in dreamland. Meath today looked like a team the lower end of division 2

first half was shocking.
13 wides. Not good enough. Bit of stage fright set in I think. And the heads dropped.

Shooting efficiency poor 13 scores from 31 shots.

Donegal in the 2nd half shooting to scores was 80%
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

They'll hardly be made travel to Dublin again for the final, think of wans in Dungloe ffs, bring her to Breffni

Donegal were contesting balls like demons up until the final hooter. They are so fit. Should make for a great final. Meath had a great year and brought a lot of colour to the championship. However will need to get out of Division 2 and play a higher level of football. That will be a tall order as you'd expect Derry and Tyrone to have too much.

Wouldn't call it over training so much as being maximally efficient within time they have.

Would be interesting to see the rotas for the year of all the top teams now.

Donegal look super fit and hungry. Kerry will have a serious time of it.
