Big summer ahead for Celtic but KT coming back is a major coup and hopefully another 2-3 quality signings like that for the big games (Europe & Huns) and use Taylor, Scales etc for league games at home where we have 80% possession.

I'd say Taylor is gone. I think there will be another couple go. Think Kuhn, Maeda or Hatate could leave. Need to replace them well.

In all seriousness...I'd be asking for £35m for him. Pay up or shut up🤷♂️

There's a 30% sell-on clause on transfer profit due to a likely Frimpong transfer, probably means about 6m for Celtic. Frimpong was a bargain buy, a gift that keeps on giving.

Yeah it's a 30% sell on clause of the profit, think Celtic sold him for £11m and Liverpool are buying for £30n so 30% of £19m is approx £5.7m so great bit of business for Celtic.
Played well last night with a lot of new faces, great to see Kenny getting his goal and thon young cub Sean McArdle looks the business too. Hopefully he can develop further and keep himself in the first team squads for next season. All the new signings are great but Celtic need a few more home grown talents breaking into the first team ASAP as the other Scottish Celtic players are all getting older now and you always need home grown players around the club.

Was thinking the same thing myself, gonna watch first half at home and drive to Armagh and see half of the second half in a bar. Was thinking the club house right at Athletic Grounds but there is Meath v Cork on around that time and then Monaghan v Louth too so not 100% confident they'll show Celtic game.

Some awful penalties, poor show to have Johnson taking the all important last penalty FFS. Maeda was very lucky with his.

More of Rodgers' dross....sideways and backways...and repeat for 120 mins.  Brutal stuff.

Blowitupref

Aberdeen first Scottish cup final win since 1990, has been a year to end long droughts.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

Main Street

Even with just <20% of possession Aberdeen deserved their cup win. The poor decision to select a rusty Schmeichel over the performing  Sinisalo was just incidental to the result.

Applesisapples

Celtic have been prone to performances like this all year. Maeda was poor. Idah got no service did not deserve the hook.

From the Bunker

First of all - Well done to Aberdeen. Been to long for a club of that stature not to have a Trophy.

We did not deserve a Treble for this season lack lustre domestic season.

We got a good draw in Europe and we thankfully took advantage of it.
We may not be as lucky next season.

Would agree with most of you...Probably got what we deserved this year (a double) and Aberdeen probably just about deserved their win on Sat. Celtic can be so infuriating at times when you know what they're capable of producing and then you see the dross they serve up on Sat, as the season went on the more frequent the piss poor performances came.
Anyway it does no harm for Scottish football seeing other teams win something (bar them Zombies), probably a breath of fresh air but can they built on it?.

On a sour note to finish on...The Scottish Premier league will have 3 Teams next season with plastic pitches, how in the name of sweet f**k in 2025 can there be 25% of the teams in the league with an artificial pitch. Joke TBH
