Faughanvale rightly raging there was nothing wrong with that at all!

Shocking decision. Ref kept the Shamrocks in it there. Stream has improved thankfully.

Quote from: OakLeaf on October 27, 2024, 03:29:46 PMVale deserved at least a replay

Eh? They won it only for Richie!!

Aye, I'd already commented on that earlier. What I'm saying it would have been cruel if they'd lost in extra time. I'll try to be clearer next time

Brendan

Harsh on Faughanvale to have victory taken from them like that, they'll not play as well next day out

Why is Paul McFlynn allowed to commentate Glen games

Brendan

2 great finals especially given the conditions today

OakLeaf

What a game. Bridge stood up when it mattered. Brilliant victory.

Much more open games than I was expecting. Credit to all of the teams today.

Newbridge much better team but nearly threw it away conceding that goal at the end.

In the Intermediate Final absolutely scandalous decision to award that free to Ballinderry at the end of normal time.

Not to play devil's advocate but should there not have been a free anyway (a few yards back where the ball bounced) because of a late hit on the Ballinderry man after he kicked it in? I've no idea about GAA rules anymore so maybe thats incorrect but there was 100% a late hit after the ball had been kicked from the right sideline.

But in terms of the actual foul that was given, the most clean, textbook tackle you'll see all day.

Was more than a few yards back and not a storable position against that wind, Vale get the men back and come out with the ball or it drops short and back of the net...We'll never know now. Hopefully another entertaining match next Saturday
