Anyone else infested with wasps this week? Or do I have a nest somewhere 

Had a nest 2 weeks ago. Pest control did the business, but there has certainly been a surge in the last few days.

Get a peacock. The other day I was at the zoo and watched a peacock dining on poor unsuspecting wasps.

Can you eat peacock? Fatten one up on wasps and flies over the summer, eat peacock eggs, then some organic peacock for Christmas dinner.
You might be onto a winner.

I once knew a man called Drew Peacock.

Oh how the girls sniggered.

There was an Australian politician, minister of foreign affairs called Drew Peackock in the early '80's. This was just before Dick Springs time in a similar role for Ireland so I am not sure their paths would have crossed.
