Is this the start of a carefully choreographed exit strategy?

Or maybe a back-from-the-brink resurrection to prove that he is as strong as Trump physically.

I'll be shocked if Joe is still the nominee this time next week

He'll withdraw this weekend. Apparently Jeffries and Schumer told him he's done and pushed the DNC to cancel the planned announcements for next week. It looked for a minute like the assassination attempt on Trump might have let the air out of the balloon and saved Biden, but thankfully there is still a modicum of seriousness and responsibility left among the Dem powers that be.

Look at the state of Biden now. What shape will he be in if he's still living in 2028?

Similar shape to what Trump will be come four years time, clear signs of dementia already.

That's at least 3 times now you've come back a "whatabout..." when someone mentions a glaring Biden flaw.

Glaring flaw no different to Trump and something that some conveniently like to ignore.

He'll be gone by the weekend - media saying even Barry has questioned him about going on

Not surprised to see Nigel posting an edited clip when the full one showed him coming across as an idiot

Blowitupref

Not the first time age is a issue  for America president. Ronald Reagan was always good for adding a bit of humor to that debate.

Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

Trying to set a bar at 'no worse than Trump" is a truly bizarre thing to do.

Love that Maitlis just left him hanging there with the stupidity of it. Twice. Good to see Nigel is working hard for the good people of Clacton already though.

I think, stubborn and prideful as he no doubt is, he is a reasonable man beneath it all and not completely immune to the reality, or at least the almost universal perception (donations are drying up rapidly!), that he can't beat Trump.

And beating Trump is, by his own words, absolutely vital to American democracy.

But I'm just an idiot on the internet, so I could be way off!

Milltown Row2

I've just seen sympathy bandages on peoples ears in American..

That place is loony tunes!!

Giving those people votes is surely wrong?
