How did he ever beat such immense competition from your hero.

No €€€€€€€€€€€€€s if  Nigel was appointed. ;) ;) ;)
At least the anonymous Facebook campaigns manager  and the rest of the Bs will be happy.

Mc Gleenon is a class act. He will do well with the Cavan guys.?

Sort of hoped Banty would have got it, definitely would have been interesting watching him take the reins of his fierce rivals. Instead he's now left with egg on his face, and may now have lost his chance to empty the tank one last time at county level. McGleenan I've heard plenty of positive reports on, but county level is a different ball game.

Cavan would want to get over themselves with this anti-Monaghan stuff.
It's 2016 for god's sake.

Cavan v Tyrone in the first round of Ulster is a cert now then and we'll play them in the league as well.
Won't be surprised if they meet in the McKenna cup twice as well just for good measure.

Is Canavan only doing the Sky stuff now?

Banty has been in for a lot of Jobs in the last few years. He was linked with Roscommon a few years ago, and then Antrim, and Derry last year.

Not sure why he'd want to manage his rivals, more likely for the few euro.

Nancy linked himself to the Ros job in an interview with his media friends. Was never a runner.

Few might be a understatement going on reports from this weekend...
