Not sure you can say Di Matteo got his tactics spot on, Barcelona carved them open at will and only for poor finishing would have scored 4 or 5.

Nothing got to do with tactics in my opinion.
Barca could have had 6, just a bad night of finishing by them and nothing to do with Chelsea tactics.

Chelsea played to their strengths, backs to the wall throwing themselves in front of everything, when you show that level of commitment you've always got a chance especially with a home crowd behind you. Chelsea did indeed ride their luck tonight and will need even more in the Nou Camp but for tonight they got their tactics right. WTF else could they have done.

chelsea remind me of liverpool in 2005 - luck is hanging out of them and it seems their name is on the cup.

chelsea will score at the nou camp meaning barcelona will need at least 3. there's no doubt barcelona will create plenty of chances but i think the chelsea goal will lead a charmed life again.

Surprised that a premiership team that is nearly 30 points behind the league leaders can beat the Spanish Champions.  Doesn't say much for the quality of the Spanish League.

Lucky yes but worked very hard at the same time to put Barca off their game.

Don't see where all this Chelsea adoration is coming from. they got a lucky break for their own goal when Messi gave the ball away and then Mascherano slipped to allow in Drogba, they also lucked out for the six missed goals Barca had. can't see them being as lucky next week...but you never know. It's what I hate about soccer the best team doesn't always win.
