Anyone got mechanical heat recovery ventilation? Is it a spoof or is it any use? Architect seems to think its necessary to get through building control. Could do without it as it seems pretty expensive.

Any confirmation on how many teams are relegated from Division 2 in the 2021 season.
There were two pieces of correspondence batted about recently the first said 2 teams would be relegated from Division 2 and 4 would be relegated from Division 1. The second said that 4 teams would be relegated from both Division 1 and Division 2.

2021 League And Championship Details Released By CCC

The CCC has received responses from 27 from Division 1 and Division 2 Clubs regarding the 2021 league proposals. The responses are summarised below -

Total number of responses from Clubs - 27
Total number of responses from Division 1 Clubs - 17 (1 failed to respond)
Total number of responses from Division 2 Clubs - 10 (4 failed to respond)

Breakdown of responses by division
Division 1 Clubs - 11 Clubs favoured Option A and 6 Clubs favoured Option C
Division 2 Clubs - 5 Clubs favoured Option A, 2 Clubs favoured Option B and 3 Clubs favoured Option C

Breakdown of all responses -
Option A - 16
Option B - 2
Option C - 9

As shown above, the majority of Clubs are in favour of Option A (see below). Clubs are also overwhelmingly in favour of a straight knockout Championship. No Clubs offered counter proposals to using penalty kicks to decide the 'Winner on the Day' and quite a few responses were in favour of retaining penalty kicks.

Option A - A full league programme plus knockout championship. The number of starred games would be increased to 9 games in Division 1 and 7 games in Division 2. It would also mean 4 teams would be relegated from Division 1, with 2 teams relegated from Division 2.

Has anyone got an idea what is the best product I can use to dampproof the inside surface of a poured concrete retaining wall?
I'm going to be building off the retaining wall and using it as the outer leaf of 100mm cavity wall for garage
I've to do around 9m x 2m.
Sheeting, spray on etc? Thanks

Is it still the case where these PCN letters aren't worth the paper they're printed on? Got one in March for Starplan carpark Boucher road belfast. It's a free carpark, but is "customer parking only"

Onto my 3rd letter now. They want £170(!) or it'll go to "QDR Solicitors Ltd".

Just want to be sure ignoring them is the way to deal with them. To hell with paying that sort of money for 30minutes parking. Of course I wasn't the driver at the time and refuse to divulge who was 

The letters will keep landing for around a year or so.  They'll eventually offer a reduced fee and if you ignore this they'll hike it up again. They'll threaten court action.  Few people pay.  Ignore and they'll stop eventually.

Weirdly received a letter from a debt recovery company today(actually they had sent it to my old address). 
             This was for a parking charge notice from 2016. I think at that time in 2016 they had sent me a number of letters which i ignored. Various threats of increasing charge, then decreasing it if i paid, then passing it on to their legal department who tried the same approach. Went for about 12 or 13 letters.
     This one is from a diiferent company but i expect it is the same lot.
       Anybody else received these?
