Derrytresk and Clonoe both now in thier respective county finals. Anybody know when the last time two teams from the same parish won county titles in the same year?

Killyman and Clonmore both won Junior Championships in 2005. Different counties, same parish
What about two tyrone championships in the same year I am sure it has happened some year with the amount of neghbouring clubs in Tyrone.

Thought clonoe would have been too strong for them but didnt think derrylaghan would put up as little resistance, clonoe looked like they were playing a pre season friendly at times 10 point win and they never got out of second gear.

and a complete joke from the county board on the admission! hang your head in shame you money grabbing C***s

I think the Kevin Barrys will go close this weekend. Clonoe might have the experience, the manager and the talent but there's a lot to be said for a parish derby. This is a banana skin for the O'Rahilly's and I'd imagine the nerves will set in whilst Derrylaughan have nothing to lose and will throw the sink at them.
Honestly cant see this game going close at all! look at the bookies odds for the game that should tell its own story. Clonoe to win by 10+ far superior in every position!

With the way games are being refereed at the minute (dominated by the card hungry assessor) would anyone like to take a shot at guessing the card counts for the two senior semis as both are derby games??? Any word on who has got the 2 games??

Depending on the conditions, if its wet I'll go for 21 covering both games, that number inculdes double yellow.

Well if you were there you would have seen 3 mins afforded to Brian McGuigan who was down pretending to be injured before the last free was scored. 5mins was played and rightly so for all the dragging and foul play that was going on. Better team won and is threw.

I think that if O'hagan had blown the whistle after 3 minutes injury there wouldnt have been much said. The better team probably did come through all the same as Ardboe should have closed the game out but didnt and the replay showed how weak their defence is. Im sure nobody is happy at O'hagan getting the semi-final because he is a poor ref full stop, but maybe he will surprise everybody and keep the cards in his pocket and let the game flow

And tell me how did Dromore not deserve to beat Arboe. You must not of being at the game or you may run down to specsavers and get yourself a pair of specks mate
I am taking about the first drawn game when dromore should have been knocked out after the referee played 9 minutes injury time to let dromore come back for the draw. So they didnt deserve the replay and therefore did not deserve to win!

Cathal O Hagan for Dromore v Omagh.

Holy ghost how did he get another game after what he done on Ardboe. He must be sent to make sure dromore win another game they dont deserve.

Rahilly's have a great panel of players. They have only lost one reserve game in something like 3 years. Amazing feat that. I install them as favourites for this years O'Neill Cup.
They have only lost 1 championship game since 2007 they have lost a fair few league games in that time I think.

how many constitutes a fair few because from my memory they have not lost to many.
Well they lost 4 last year anyway, its on tyronegaa.ie they finished 6th in the league, and I cant remember clonoe winning any reserve leagues recently so they must have had a few defeats every year wouldnt be sure of an exact number. I am not taking anything away from them they are still a top reserve team.
