LOL. whilst were on the pitch debate how in the hell is possibly the biggest game of the first round been replayed on the tundra that is dungannon. if killyclogher had to play there theyd have to put a homing device on mark bradley just to get him back safely for his cold shower. that place is not fit for purpose.

what happened to kicking long diagonal balls into mcnulty. ran the ball all day today and were just met by a sea of blue. Louis oneill was outstanding. it was a proper champ match with hard hits and brilliant scores and moves. its all on the day and coaisland were by far the better team. clonoe fought gamely though and suggestions to ardboes performance are well of the mark. only 2 in it at the end but u always felt the island would hold out. colly doris was a massive loss to clonoe has he always seemed to be the man they looked to before when they were in trouble. im sure clonoe will be back but tyrone championship is extremely competive . that's 3 derry men managing who were getting paid a small ransom out of the championship, and not soon enough. waste of money

Great win for killyclogher as well. 4 big teams gone and not one of them can have any complaints. Next round could be August depending on how tyrone progress. Dromore v omagh should be a hell of a game.

Tonight very much reminded me of last weekends game. Another tame exit from a big name club.  Omagh looked impressive all the same,  should be a tight affair with dromore

One point for Carrickmore in second half. Must have been some wind all right. Another Derry manager bites the dust. Barney Gormley did some job last year to be fair. Armagh,  IFC between Warrenpoint and Iniskeen on before hand.  I reckon the Intermediate final will be a better football match as both teams are more attack minded than the 2 senior teams.  Senior final will be war of attrition with both teams playing 2 man forward lines and 12 behind the ball.

I suppose senior finals are only good to watch if Crossmaglen are playing

Absolutely gutted. This one is especially hard to take. But knowing us I'm sure we will be back. Congrats to omagh and I wish them all the best in ulster. 26 years is a long time but 10 is an absolute eternity. Felt we deserved at the very least a draw. I guess Sean hurson hasn't enough relations in carrickmore although to be fair thought he done a good enough job. However,someone forgot to tell bert that this was a championship final and not a fking basketball game. One as bad as the other....the result,we lose a player. Couldnt help himself,and let's hope it's a while before he shows his face round pairc colmcille. Finally, never kickt a ball.....it was the exact same when carmen were taking frees....get over it

To be fair to wee Roddy he called it right. His main argument was that Carrickmore were much better than people were giving them credit for. He was absolutely right about that and was vindicated by the way his team played.

let me get this straight. you complain about the long wait, you complain about the result, you complain about the sending off and the linesman, and you then tell another poster to get over it. I like a lot of posters have a high opinion of the Carrickmore people and their club and the way they go about their business. They will most certainly regroup and knuckle down next year and be thereabouts again. you are doing them an injustice by the way you are reacting on here.

Remember Omagh gave them a hiding during the summer  in Healy.

They didn't win so don't patronise them. The people I was talking to from Carmen actually point to the Omagh game as a turning point in their season. They haven't looked back since.

Credit were its due to Omagh they have took some slagging over the years and have answered a lot of questions recently. I know if they had of lost 4 finals they would be getting some guff - especially from me.

Errigal seniors are registered to play in the Kilamacud 7a and their thirds in the St Jude's 7s. Clan na nGael wouldn't move the game.

For all the 80 or 90 players Errigal have, it's strange they can't field a 3rd or reserves tomorrow. I don't even think the first time are in action!
