Thought Dungannon pitch looked in poor shape yesterday. It's time Co Board looked at developing it into a decent second county venue with lights.
that Logan boy from McLean bookmakers is doing an ad at the minute on Irish to looking for millions! He must think there are some lunatics out there in the bushes ! A shame on them for a club with so much history and so many big names that it is in such a disgusting state! I seen a man fall into a man hole last evening ! I ain't joking !

Drumragh flooding their own pitch come on ive heard it all now. LOL. whilst were on the pitch debate how in the hell is possibly the biggest game of the first round been replayed on the tundra that is dungannon. if killyclogher had to play there theyd have to put a homing device on mark bradley just to get him back safely for his cold shower. that place is not fit for purpose.

Anyone else thinking same person?

Killyclogher won't be beat this year after their near miss last year. Head and shoulders above the other teams

what happened to kicking long diagonal balls into mcnulty. ran the ball all day today and were just met by a sea of blue. Louis oneill was outstanding. it was a proper champ match with hard hits and brilliant scores and moves. its all on the day and coaisland were by far the better team. clonoe fought gamely though and suggestions to ardboes performance are well of the mark. only 2 in it at the end but u always felt the island would hold out. colly doris was a massive loss to clonoe has he always seemed to be the man they looked to before when they were in trouble. im sure clonoe will be back but tyrone championship is extremely competive . that's 3 derry men managing who were getting paid a small ransom out of the championship, and not soon enough. waste of money

Great win for killyclogher as well. 4 big teams gone and not one of them can have any complaints. Next round could be August depending on how tyrone progress. Dromore v omagh should be a hell of a game.
Does that make it 4 Derry men

Tonight very much reminded me of last weekends game. Another tame exit from a big name club.  Omagh looked impressive all the same,  should be a tight affair with dromore

One point for Carrickmore in second half. Must have been some wind all right. Another Derry manager bites the dust. Barney Gormley did some job last year to be fair. I heard someone say last year that's the end da Gormley. I thought they were talking about Barney or Conor but it must have been there new manager.

Correct

Dromore will soon put manners on Ardboe in the championship.

Correct

What about the dog who appeared in the minor programme a few years ago? Surely he could have made the programme at least. All this smart arsery from the management only looks well when you win. The Ardboe players tried there best but you have to question there preparation for this game. Dromore owned them from start to finish and will be hard to beat. Have to fancy Carrickmore for the next round. Sure Omagh have been well softened up  ;)

I vote for Sinn Fein because they are an abstentionist party. If they changed that policy I wouldn't vote for them.
Can I just ask? You are happy for them to sit in Stormont & Dáil Éireann? You are happy for leading members to shake hands with the Queen etc? Their principles that back up abstentionism have been reneged countless times when it has suited them.
Door shut horse bolt.

My God the Stoop Further party when you put it like that  :o

Where is the final being played?

Armagh,  IFC between Warrenpoint and Iniskeen on before hand.  I reckon the Intermediate final will be a better football match as both teams are more attack minded than the 2 senior teams.  Senior final will be war of attrition with both teams playing 2 man forward lines and 12 behind the ball.
I suppose senior finals are only good to watch if Crossmaglen are playing ::) ::)
The fact that cross haven't won a game outside of armagh now for two years says a lot about their style of play

I'd say the fact that we haven't won a game says more about the injuries than anything else, but guess what, we'll not get too bothered about that now will we?
Yeah maybe you're right, probably as you say they are just not good enough

I didn't say that but sure knock yourself out.
Now I am confused...
You obviously think that cross are good enough,
You think their style of play is the correct one yet they can't win a game outside of a sub standard armagh club championship. And before you cry about injured players omagh were missing 2 starters in Conor Clarke, midfielder Micheal Gallagher.

No need to be so defensive. It just looks bad for yourselves from the outside :o

Absolutely gutted. This one is especially hard to take. But knowing us I'm sure we will be back. Congrats to omagh and I wish them all the best in ulster. 26 years is a long time but 10 is an absolute eternity. Felt we deserved at the very least a draw. I guess Sean hurson hasn't enough relations in carrickmore although to be fair thought he done a good enough job. However, someone forgot to tell bert that this was a championship final and not a fking basketball game. One as bad as the other....the result,we lose a player. Couldnt help himself, and let's hope it's a while before he shows his face round pairc colmcille. Finally, never kickt a ball.....it was the exact same when carmen were taking frees....get over it >:(

Well said Carmenalways - a bit of real honesty in your post however it was a sending off - stupid yes but a fair sending off in my opinion. I eagerly await your fellow clubman wee roddy for his analysis of this game.... :) :)

To be fair to wee Roddy he called it right. His main argument was that Carrickmore were much better than people were giving them credit for. He was absolutely right about that and was vindicated by the way his team played.

let me get this straight. you complain about the long wait, you complain about the result, you complain about the sending off and the linesman, and you then tell another poster to get over it. I like a lot of posters have a high opinion of the Carrickmore people and their club and the way they go about their business. They will most certainly regroup and knuckle down next year and be thereabouts again. you are doing them an injustice by the way you are reacting on here.

Yip they do

If Carrickmore had won today it would have been a wonderful achievement  considering their start to the season. Think Paddy Tally had a lot to do with their recovery

Remember Omagh gave them a hiding during the summer  in Healy.

They didn't win so don't patronise them. The people I was talking to from Carmen actually point to the Omagh game as a turning point in their season. They haven't looked back since.

Credit were its due to Omagh they have took some slagging over the years and have answered a lot of questions recently. I know if they had of lost 4 finals they would be getting some guff - especially from me.

Enjoy it  :)

Interesting to here that Omagh Ladies were disqualified as winners in the Ladies Intermediate Championship. It might bring them off their high horse.

Omagh ladies back on their high horse again from what I hear. Maybe Carmen will bring them off it again on Sunday

They were ultra defensive against Dromore. They won so hardly give a toss. They would have been working on it in their training camp in Mayo this weekend😜

Come on wee roddy. At least wait until ye bate them out of Healy Park before you start laughing at them.

Errigal seniors are registered to play in the Kilamacud 7a and their thirds in the St Jude's 7s. Clan na nGael wouldn't move the game.

For all the 80 or 90 players Errigal have, it's strange they can't field a 3rd or reserves tomorrow. I don't even think the first time are in action!

A few boys in jeans bound to be knocking about looking for a game
