Well great compared to this lot ;D . In fairness that 78 team could have won the world cup if they didn't shit the bed against Iran and Peru :o

 ;D

Tbf they have had some players over the years(even a couple now) to be very envious of. Some very poor ones too mind you.

They'll know Saturday night their time. Three groups being run off each day.

Any of you knowledgeable sorts know if the timings improve much for us Europeans as we move towards the important stuff?

Don't mind missing the overnight stuff as let's face it it's not do or die for the big guns but moving forward be pretty crap  if the big matches are on overnight

There's a joke in there about it being ages since I had a semi during the night but we'll not go there

Cheers lads. Bit better anyways

The Jocks hardly threw a punch in the 3 matches so if they go out the hardly did so on their sword. The energy the fans have brought has been one of the highlights of the tournament to date and they have been thoroughly let down by timid performances - I read that they have had less than 10 shots on goal in 3 matches!

Are  there no big glipes  in Scotland?

Lumping  it up to a big man is at least a plan, instead of the turgid  crap they served up

Clark fairly lives up to the stereotype of the dour Scotsman. At least the fans can go back home in the knowledge that they drank Boston dry and won over some American tourists who'll be off to the Highlands to find Brigadoon.

...And Nessie, obviously.

Clarke doesn't come across well in post match interviews.

I know they got battered and the interview was straight after the match. Bit of a muppet.

Why not just skip the interview?

VAR once again favours the big nation. That was dangerous play by Germany, and yet no VAR review.
