Time is up for him.

Leinster were lucky to get to a semi final they're not even the 4th best team in Europe. Bath, Toulouse and Northampton would have blitzed them just as easily as Bordeaux did today.
Fantasy Rugby World Cup Champion 2011,
Fantasy 6 Nations Champion 2014

The French are taking this competition over. Hard to see their teams not continuing that run over the next few years.

Is that 3 for Leinster?

They have lost 5 European finals under Leo Cullen. Won it once in his first year.

Was at least his 3rd year I think.

He'll surely go now but taking a hockeying this year off Bordeaux shouldn't be the reason for it. They've lost previous finals when they could easily have been argued to be the best side in the competition. The La Rochelle loss in Dublin and last year's semis to Northampton when they were steamrolling everybody were far bigger crimes than Saturday. Last year really should have been it.

They've been way off it this year and, as was pointed out earlier, had a handy draw. Bordeaux had to beat the Top 14, Premiership and URC champions to win it. Miles ahead of them.
