Not sure he can tarnish his legacy

He took the worst Celtic team and won the double..

I'd be worried about his health mentally and physically as this job is difficult
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

That's the biggest one. He looked visibly shook after many games last season. Hopefully he has a good assistant and less stressful games.

Should he die on the job with Celtic, that's probably worth about 3 statutes in his honour but I seriously doubt it would happen inside the next 12 months. I´d let MON be responsible for his own health, knowing his own limits and having whatever hang ups about his legacy or not. Maybe he's motivated by other things, such as  recently burying the memory of helicopter sunday a few inches deeper, possibly he'd like to lead Celtic to the last 16 in Europe something he never managed and has regretted, he still moans about the terrible refereeing decision against Juve away.

I see Celtic have moved 4 on already...Well 4 off the books, all the loanees have went back to their clubs and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Kelechi Iheanacho have yet to be decided on.
Palma - £4m
Welsh - Free
Inamura - £1.5m
Kasper (retired)

He's useless. It won't be McInness that'll beat Celtic. It'll be the Celtic board. Friendlies coming up in a few weeks and hardly a wimper from Celtic park. Apart from low balling coaching staff who brought the title back from the brink last year. They're so useless.

Celtic are the phoenix which lives in the ashes.

Was going to say that JS.

Only thing coming out of CP is they're looking to cut the wages of O'Neills coaching staff.

The Board are a bunch of grifters of the highest degree.

I saw that about cutting the wages of the coaching staff. How does a story like that even get out? Could be horseshit but it's on brand for this board ok.

If they wanted to cut the wages of the scouting staff I could believe it - they're clearly f88king useless.

But looking to piss off the coaching team that essentially won the league twice last year with a weak squad that wasn't theirs?!? Madness.

edit: Ah here, root source is The Sun.

Never mind - its probably a load of pish.

Fotheringham is most probably worth a lot more than Celtic are offering.

Does anyone have a clue if the management and coaching staff are in and ready to start taking training? This is a shit show already ffs. Martin O'Neill should have ran a mile.

Pre-season training starts tomorrow and it's not even confirmed if Celtic have given Maloney and Fotherham a deal. I'm speechless TBH on how this club is run and how it's allowed to be run like this, if you performed half as bad as that in your job your feet wouldn't hit the floor on the way out yet year on year they get worse. We all site back and think..."Well it can't get as bad as last year" and yet here we are 1 day away from Pre-season training and the worst shit show out there. We won the league last year by luck and with the MON effect, our luck will run out eventually and it'll cost them big time because once Rangers get on top of Celtic they will put the foot on our throats and send us back to the 90's.
Now for the signings that are needed for this shit show...Holy Christ, we need 10 players if not 12 and Sevco and Hearts are signing away getting their work done early and we're still debating if we can pay £1.8m for Saracchi. Surely some of you smart men here can explain to me how (without violence and distruption) this Board can be removed and sacked for gross neglect, not doing their job they're paid to do with immediate termination. There has to be a way?.
